Unlocking the Future: OPENTECH Introduces ZKTeco's QR Code & Barcode Access Control Solution
The solution operates seamlessly through a systematic process. First, visitors' information is registered, generating a unique URL. Upon accessing the provided link, visitors retrieve dynamic QR codes or barcodes. These codes grant them access within a swift 30-second timeframe. Notably, this access isn't limited to building entrances; it extends to car park gates and elevators, showcasing the versatility of the QR code access function. This streamlined approach enhances both security and efficiency throughout various access points, making it an ideal solution for diverse settings such as offices, hotels, and service centers.
To thwart unauthorized access attempts through the replication of QR codes or barcodes, the images within the URL can be configured to be dynamic (scrambled). This setting ensures that the QR code images automatically change at customizable intervals, typically every 10 to 30 seconds.
This feature eliminates the need for administrators to generate new sets of QR codes for updating visitors' entry content, streamlining the security management process.
The system seamlessly functions in both online and offline modes by storing access logs. This feature ensures that registered visitors can still gain access even if the access control temporarily goes offline.
During offline mode, the device locally stores scanned QR codes and subsequently uploads the data to the server automatically once the network is restored or when it transitions back online.
Check-in Methods for Visitor Management
Visitors can promptly check in by presenting their identity documents upon arrival.
Upon successful registration, they will be granted authorization in the system's visitor list, and QR codes or barcodes will be generated for their use.
Administrators have the option to facilitate visitor registration before their arrival. Once the visitor grants permission and receives the QR code, they can directly access and check in without visiting the reception.
After successful entry of personal information and identity verification, a URL containing a dynamic QR Code pass is sent for access to designated points and elevators.
Employee Self-Login with Mobile QR Code Check-in
