The process for "Online Pre-registration" offers three variations through which a visitor can proceed:

Process 1

● The visitor clicks the link provided in the pre-registration email.

● Upon completion of online registration, the visitor arrives.

● The visitor is then authorized to access all secured areas.

 

Process 2

● The visitor clicks the link provided in the pre-registration email.

● After online registration, the visitor arrives and scans the QR code on the Facekiosk terminal.

● An automatic email notification is sent to the administrator.
