The FR1200 is a multi-authentication biometric reader supporting fingerprint and RFID card verification. Using OSDP (Ver 2.1.7) or ZK-RS485 communication protocols, it integrates seamlessly with ZKTeco biometric controllers, including the InBio Pro Plus series and compatible fingerprint access control terminals. This reader supports RFID card authentication, compatible with 125 kHz ID cards (standard) and 13.56 MHz IC cards (optional), providing flexible credential options for various security requirements. Equipped with a ZK Optical Fingerprint Sensor, the FR1200 captures high-resolution fingerprint images and converts them into secure fingerprint templates. These templates are transmitted via RS-485 communication to controllers or access control terminals. To ensure secure data transmission, AES-128 encryption is applied by default, with the option to disable encryption through software to accommodate specific deployment needs. Supporting OSDP (Ver 2.1.7) and ZK-RS485 protocols, the FR1200 enables smooth integration with advanced ZKTeco access control systems, making it a reliable, secure, and scalable solution for modern access control management.
